The course will take you through the region and culture of each of the post towns that flourished along the Golden Road. In addition to Izumozaki, we have proposed Nagano Prefecture (Shinano Mainichi Shimbun) and Gunma Prefecture (Jomo Shimbun), where collaboration with local newspapers is expected. The goal of the tour is to deepen understanding of the Onikane Road and the Sado Island Gold Mine, thereby increasing the number of visitors and passing on the history and culture of the area.
